Erin Davis was born in Edmonton, Alberta and as a result of her
father's Air Force career, was raised in many places, including
Ottawa, Trenton and Britain. Erin's introduction to show business
came at an early age when she sang regularly with her grandfather's
orchestra. Her love of performing led her to study Radio Broadcasting
at Loyalist College in Belleville. By her second year, she was
hosting an afternoon radio show on CIGL-FM. Upon graduation on
the Dean's List, Erin moved to Windsor, Ontario and began reading
morning news on CKLW, The Big Eight. Shortly after, she became
the first female morning co-host in the powerful Detroit market.
A station format change led Erin to move to Toronto, where she
co-hosted the morning show on All News Radio CKO for four years.
Her big break came in the summer of 1988 when the call came for
her to do morning news on the popular Daynard Drive-In on 98.1
CHFI. The chemistry between Erin and host Don Daynard was magical
and she soon became Don's co-host...a partnership that became hugely
popular over their eleven years together until Don's retirement.
Erin continued to host the CHFI morning show until the spring of
2003. Following a number of guest-host positions at CFTO and Global,
Erin wrote and performed a nightly commentary on CFTO News in 1998
and 1999 called Just So You Know. Then, for two seasons, she hosted
a nightly talk show (more than 200 episodes) on Rogers Television
called The Erin Davis Show. The lifestyle and wellness program,
which was seen in over two million homes in Southern Ontario, received
an award in its second season as Canada's best cable talk show.
In 2002, Erin was honored by being named the year's first Chatelaine
Woman of Influence, joining the ranks of such luminaries as Former
Prime Minister Kim Campbell, Indigo chief Heather Reisman, Astronaut

Dr. Karen Jensen ND received her degree in naturopathic medicine

Debbie McMechan describes herself as a child of the southwest Manitoba
prairies. Together with her husband, Tony, and three children,
Danielle, Justin and Paige, she makes her living off the land,
raising cattle and growing crops.
Mary Carroll Moore has been a published writer since 1977. Her
essays, articles, columns, and stories have been in over 200
publications, including American Artist, Health, Prevention,
the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times, and many other national
media. Mary writes a bimonthly food column for the Los Angeles

Marina Quattrocchi
Ph.D has worked as a photojournalist and teacher
in primary and secondary schools. She completed a masters and doctoral
degree in educational psychology. After 17 years of teaching she
burned out from severe migraines so has spent many years trying
to rise out of the ashes and balance her life. She's developed
a series of workshops called Journey of Awareness that help participants
live with greater balance, harmony and joy in their lives. Her
workshops teach participants how to understand their dreams, break
through illusions and balance their energy. She also does individual

Elizabeth Betty Rice has been a Master Teacher for over 25 years, currently
back in the classroom as instructor to determine the academic needs of today's
youth and to personally assess their reading skills. She was instrumental
in instituting the "RICE Reading Program" (RICE stands for: Reading
Is Confidential and Essential), a program to increase reading and comprehension
scores. Elizabeth is also Co-Founder and President of Tomorrows' World Foundation
Inc., a non-profit organization stressing educational, social, spiritual,
physical and financial empowerment with a focus on African Americans and

Heather Thompson is an award winning professional broadcaster,
with 27 years experience in media and public relations. Born
in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, Heather spent her early years
in North Bay and then Huntsville. After a completing a year
of university
with plans to be a teacher, she made the switch to a Radio
Television Course to earn a diploma from Canadore College in
North Bay.
Heather was the first female recipient of the News Director
of the Year Award from Telemedia Communications. She was also
named
Employee of the Year by Telemedia for efforts in creating an
employee liaison committee with the company. She is the recipient
of three awards of merit from the Ontario Provincial Police
Association (OPPA), two regional and one provincial, recognizing
her spot
news and feature programming on policing. Heather actively
assists with on-going media workshops at OPP headquarters in
Orillia.
Heather has also received numerous certificates of appreciation
for her assistance with charities and organizations. She served
two terms as Central Canada Regional Director for the Radio
Television News Director's Association of Canada (RTNDA). Heather
is currently
the News Director morning show co-host for Rogers Radio at
105.9 Jack F-M in Orillia. She has lived in the Sunshine City
for seven

in the "Vick" house, one of the original Victorian
